Post-Service Housing Development Limited (PHDL) has announced that its former Company Secretary, Mr. Nathan Oguwike, has ceased to hold office and is no longer in the service of the organisation.
The disclosure was made in a public notice issued on April 23, 2026, by the Acting Public Relations Officer of the company, Lieutenant Augustina Nkeonye.
According to the statement, Mr. Oguwike’s disengagement from the company takes immediate effect from the stated date, bringing an end to his responsibilities and official relationship with PHDL.
The company further clarified that the former secretary is no longer authorised to act on its behalf or represent its interests in any capacity.
PHDL also disclaimed any liability for actions, decisions, or representations made by Mr. Oguwike following the termination of his appointment, urging the public to take note of the development.
