The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Mr Richard Pheelamilo Pheelangwa, on Saturday, 6 December 2025, hosted family members, friends, colleagues and well-wishers to celebrate the wedding of his son, Mubarak, and his bride, Kate, in Abuja.
The colourful ceremony began with a solemn church service at ECWA Goodnews Church, PW Kubwa, where the couple exchanged vows before a congregation of relatives and dignitaries.
A lively reception later held at Evelyn’s Garden (Evelyn’s Hall), Gwarimpa, Abuja, where guests gathered to honour the newlyweds and felicitate with the Pheelangwa family on the joyous occasion.
